Been learning the guitar the past week...made some considerable progress...hope i wld be able to sing and play at the same time soon...lol...been trying tt for a few days now..
Well..caught The day after tml ytd wif a frd..found it quite nice with nice special effects...makes me wonder is ther really wld be an end of the world..i mean..what would u do if u only have 1 more day till it? what things wld u do?After tt bidded goodbye to my frd and went to zouk wif my other grp of frds..it was aite and all good...but didnt like retro much so went over to phuture and spent most of my time ther..
Next..my boots became a buaya after the 1st match and 2 hrs into the game i had to throw them away completely..well it was not the only one anyway that day..2nd..i got a 6cm in diameter bruise on my right shin and it was painful like hell..the bloody goalie went in for a 2 legged tackle and kicked my shin...damn him..my rigth shoudler slightly dislocated again after a hard knock by 2 idiots who was sandwiching me and taking turns to push me when i went for the round..in the end the ref gave the free kick to them..wtf? so much for a ref..guys wif limited capacity in their head.
Anyway..in the semis..i was damn pissed off by a red-shirted tinted hair monkey who pushed me hard when i didnt touch him..was just standing in the penalty box and for no reason he used his 2 hands and tried to push me down.i responded with a leg jab in the butt and punched him in the jaw when he showed tt lj attitude.Well anyway i was happy coz he deserved it..after much hugs from the team i simmered down and continue with the game which we were alrdy winning..tt bastard went on to push everyone in the team..but he didnt dare to touch me anymore.well..so much for a day..anyway damn hot 2day..got a bloody red nose and i looked like a rudolph reindeer~

Why the war was fought..an insight to the movie..but not entirely
One of the greatest Amazon warriors, known for her wisdom,
bravery and skill in weapons, was Queen Penthesilea.
She and her army of warrior women fought many battles and Penthesilea was one of the Moon priestesses of the goddess Athene. Great horsewomen, the Amazons are associated with the pre-Hellenic horse cult. Horses were sacred to the moon because their hooves make a moon-shaped mark. They rode fearlessly into battle, not just to protect their own cities, but as allies in defence of others who shared their beliefs, and it was answering the loyal call of one such alliance that cost Queen Penthesilea her life.
The war was caused by a woman, and it lasted for nearly ten years. The woman, Helen(Diane Kruger), was married to the King Menelaus of Sparta, Greece. She fell in love with Paris, the son of King Priam of Troy(Orlando bloom). Paris had come to visit and after accepting the King of Sparta's hospitality, he left taking Helen with him to Troy.
Helen, who was an outstanding beauty, was accepted in Troy, where everyone, including King Priam himself, fell in love with her too. She and Paris(Orlando bloom,if u all didnt noe...) were married there.
Meantime, King Menelaus(Brendan Gleeson) of Sparta, appealed to the other Kings of Greece to join him in battle to win Helen back, and a large expedition against Troy was assembled, the actions of Paris being taken as an insult to the whole of Greece.
War being declared, King Priam(Peter O'toole) of Troy send out a similar request to his allies who included his nephew, Memnon, the king of the Ethiopians. Memnon was a son of Eos or Aurora, the goddess of dawn and sister to Selene, the Moon.
Queen Penthisilea answered King Memnon's call for aid. Dictys Cretensis, of Crete, who accompanied his leader to the Trojan War, says in his diary that she rode up at the head of a large army and, finding Hector(Eric Bana), (another son of King Priam), dead, would have gone away had Paris not bribed her with gold and silver. In their first encounter, Achilles, the greatest Greek warrior(Brad pitt), speared Penthisilea and dragged her from her saddle by the hair.
As she lay on the ground, dying, the Greek soldiers cried "Throw this virago to the dogs as punishment for exceeding the nature of womenkind". When he removed her mask, Achilles fell in love with the Amazon queen's beauty and committed necrophily upon her body.
Later, when he called for volunteers to bury her body, an ugly man named Thersitis, who had gouged out her eyes with his spear, accused Achilles of unnatural lust and was struck by him. This caused indignation amongst the Greeks and one of them, Diomedes, dragged Queen Penthiselea's body by the foot and threw it into the Scamander. It was rescued and buried with great honour on the bank.
Achilles then sailed to Lesbos, where he sacrificed to Apollo, Artemis and Leto, and was purified by Odysseus of the murder.
And the runaway lovers?
Paris was killed in the Trojan war, so Helen first married his brother, who was also killed, then when Troy was defeated, she reunited with King Menelaus of Sparta.
A carving of the dying Penthesilea, supported by Achilles was said to be cut into the throne of Zeus at Olympia. A stone carving, depicting Penthesilea and Achilles in battle, is housed today in the British Museum.
Something occured to me.
Its obvious that when a ley Catholic takes the sacrement, they are being cannibalistic. They are eating the body of their Saviour, the Christ.
But what about a Catholic nun? If she takes the sacrement is she being a cannibal or a necrophile? In theory in eating the body of the Christ she is acting as a cannibal. But, being married to Christ (hence the term, The Brides of Christ), and thus in turn are passionate and loving towards him. This suggests to me that the act is more of an expression of necrophillia than anything.
Then in turn, are Catholic priests taking part in a homo-erotic expression of necrophillia?
One to ponder.
